teaching with motivation

As the end of the year approaches there is much to be done. It is now becoming difficult to motivate myself...much less my students! I am eagerly anticipating summer as much as they are! I know much of this has to do with being both a teacher and a student, it's much more stressful than anticipated. I will be glad when I am just one and not both.
